Concerts often are much more involved than your average event, whenever a band is a focal point the equipment requirements increase significantly, and so does the labour to facilitate such events. Information that will help us create an accurate price for your event can be provided to us by answering these questions.
- How big is the venue?
- Is there a layout (Room blueprints)
- Is a stage required? (If so how large)
- Height
- Width
- Depth
- Is lighting required?
- Do you want to just light a stage or have an accompanying light show?
- Is projection required?
- How many screens
- Is there live video or just recorded images or video
- How bright is the ambient light in the room
- The Sound System
- How big is the band
- A full drum set (layout of the kit is helpful if it is to be fully mic'd up)
- Percussion
- Bass
- Electric guitars (how many if any)
- Acoustic guitars (how many if any)
- Piano/Keyboards (how many if any)
- Vocals (how many if any)
- Is there brass or any other type of special instrumentation
- Monitors

- What type, floor wedges or in ears
- How many monitor channels
After we have worked through what you require, we then need to do a power assessment. At that point we coordinate with you the client and the venue to provide the necessary power for your event, and to coordinate setup and strike times along with sound checks etc. For more information please email us at the link below.
